  • I am a business owner. Can I sponsor the festival?

    You sure can.  We've got quite a few excellent sponsorship opportunities to help get your name out there and show your support for this amazing community.  

  • How much are tickets and where do I buy them?

    Tickets for Grass on the Gulch can be purchased on our Tickets page.    We have different ticket options available at various pricing levels.  General Admission starts at only $10.

  • Where is the festival located?

    The address for the festival is 28625 Kennedy Gulch Rd, Conifer, CO, United States.  We recommend using Google Maps to find your way.

  • Will there be alcohol at the festival?

    This is a 'bring your own beer' event.  We will not be selling alcohol at the festival.  All attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol on the festival grounds.  Please plan accordingly.

  • How can I get involved?

    We're always looking for a helping hand.  Please visit the volunteer signup form.  Thanks so much for your interest in being a part of the festival!

  • What should I bring with me to the festival?

    Sunscreen, a hat, rain gear, a comfortable chair, a popup tent for shade (rules apply), comfy shoes for dancing, snacks, and plenty of refreshing beverages including water, wine, beer, or cocktails.

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Dogs are not permitted at the festival this year.  The festival has just gotten too big and too crowded to welcome our furry friends.  Please make sure to leave your dogs at home this year.

  • What should I not bring?

    • Pets of any kind except for service animals
    • Any glass beverages or containers
    • A bad attitude
    • Fireworks or any kind of flammable items
    • Firearms of any kind
  • Can I camp at the festival?

    You sure can!  We have both RV and tent camping spots available on a limited basis. Go here to learn more about camping at Grass On The Gulch and to purchase tickets.

  • Can I bring a popup tent?

    Yes, you can bring a 10x10' popup tent or shade canopy, however, there are designated locations this year where these are permitted to be set up.  There will be signage indicating where popup tents and canopy can be set up so please look for these upon arrival.

  • I own a food truck. How do I get involved?

    We'd love to chat with you about vending at Grass on the Gulch.  Visit our Food Truck Signup page to learn more about becoming a vendor at Grass on the Gulch.

  • Will there be a shuttle to/from the event?

    Yes - Ride Need A Ride will provide a free shuttle all day Saturday, August 3rd from the Aspen Park Park N Ride.
